Well. This has been an adventure.. So I was all ready to go to get my
residency in Madrid. I was printing out my tickets then I realized
that I left my passport.. So I ran and got a taxi 10 minutes before
the train leaves.. Got my passport from our apartment and then the
nice taxi man waited took me back to the train and I literally watched
my train leave away. Sooo I'm now catching the night train.. Well
Bueno. So with today's events I won't have too much time to write. And
just an apology as well that my emails didn't send last week. But
Yeeeah.
This week on Monday the elders cut my hair.. And I cut the elders
hair. Let me just say I am pro!!
This week we also found 7 new investigators and we are so excited. We
have found a lot of potential here.
We had intercambios in Santiago... Really pretty, but I'm glad I'm in
Vigo. I have never had a day in a long time that I just contacted in
the streets. But Hermana Bingham is an amazing missionary, and we just
had a blast together. We received a lot more than they had normally
been receiving (we even sang hymns to some old people so they gave us
their numbers in the streets) so it was cool.
Every morning we've been going to the church at 6:30 to do kick-boxing
videos with a member here and the elders. We are all so sore. But it's
our new favorite hobby. The only day we didn't go we went and ran a
mountain to an old castle to burn a couple ties.. I'm so tired. Too
much early morning exercise!
Our recent convert stopped smoking, got the priesthood, and blessed
the sacrament! It was amazing!!
Well this was a very short version of my week but we are loving it
here in Vigo. It is great, and we have already seen the work grow so
much these past 4 weeks! Love you all :)
