Hola familia 😀
So first things first, I'm writing you from my new iPad so that's
pretty cool. I was nervous at first to be working with them, but it
really has enhanced our teaching when we use it right.
But this week was really good and went by so fast! Monday I was sick
all night from that dang burger I ate, and so were all the elders who
ate it (but don't worry I still worked:) but i decided i'm done with
food eating challenges for awhile. Tuesday we had a really great
family home evening with one a member we've been working with. She is
basically completely reactivated now, I am so happy. She is one of
my favorite people here. Wednesday we had zone-training. Thursday we
had exchanges and this time I got to stay in the area so is was so
much better. Oh also it was raining so hard. The streets were rivers!
It was great!! I still love the rain that's for sure. Friday night
this American family in our ward invited us to their house. They live
super far and we got so lost trying to find the bus to their house..
Saturday we had some really great lessons. We taught literally all day
long it was SO cool! And me and hermana Harper are really starting to
get this whole thing figured out. She is such a good person and
teaches me so much everyday. Sunday the majority of our investigators
came to church YAY! Keep them in your prayers. We are hoping 3 of them
will get baptized the 4th of July. It's so amazing when you finally
see the fruits of your works out here. I think that Heavenly Father is
always wanting to bless us and he is definitely more invested in this
work than we are, but sometimes he likes us to teach patience and
diligence along the way.
But I love you all so much!
