Well family. My heart is so full! I got the news this weekend that I'm
leaving Madrid up to the north of Spain. Kinda cool having hit the
islands, Madrid, and now the north. So I'm going to a city called
Vigo, it is right above Portugal, literally touching it. It's right
along the beach. It is in Galicia. It rains a lot. I'm going to be
serving in a branch for the first time on my mission, and the rest
I'll tell you when I find out.
Well B2 has treated me well. I was blessed with 2 incredible
companions. I love Madrid and I love serving there, there were a lot of miracles,
and a it was a lot of fun. But I'm excited to meet my new adventures now.
So we had an awesome last week, we have set a few more of our friends
with baptism dates for this coming month, but the most exciting is
Wilder! He surprised us this week that he has made the decision to be
baptized. Him and his friend (who is almost all re-activated) have
been coming to church consistently and I'm so happy. I would say he
has been my soul's work here, and I'm so happy for him. His baptism
will be the 18 and is family is planning on being sealed together at
the beginning of April.
Another fun story as well, so we all got up early to play soccer Saturday
morning, and this man in our ward totally kicked me right in the shin,
but nailed me! And it's all swollen and bruised. Fun battle wound.
Also yesterday we went and visited William (my recent convert from
Alcobendas who moved to b2) and he is sharing a piso with some friends
from Columbia. Well we met with all of them, and they have so many
questions and are so interested in the church! They want to come next
Sunday. The mom said she has just been looking for the truth and a
church that fills her. And the best part is she has no problem keeping
any of the commandments. I'm so excited for her. I'm waiting to see
pictures of a baptism in a few months. She is golden.
Well I literally got less than 4 hours of sleep last night so I'm
taking a nap on this train, but I love you all so much. Have the best
week!
