You asked if there is something more you can do for me and I forgot to mention something.
Being a missionary is really hard. You go to a new land, with a new language, and a different culture. You are surrounded by new people and are expected to follow a different more strict life-style/schedule. It´s very hard. Sometimes you feel lonely inadequat and discouraged. I tell you this because I want to relate it to recent converts and investigators. The church is a world with in itself. You are brought into this new group of people, are expected to live a higher law and change your life-style, the doctrine is like a new language and may at times be confusing. I would love you to share this with the family as well, that fellowshiping by the members in one of the most important tools of missionary work. I would love it if you and mom took the time to find out the recent converts, less actives, or progressing investigators of the missionaries and befriend them, make them feel welcome, and show them the happiness the goospel brings into your life. Maybe invite the missionaries over for dinner and have them bring one of their investigators menos activos, or a recent convert. The only thing that keeps you going in the mission is the love you feel from the members, your heavenly father, and your family. Help people be strengthed into the gospel by showing them that same love. Missionaries harvest the crop, but it is the members who nourish it and make all the difference.
feliz navidad, it was good talking and seeing all your faces! you´re alll in my prayers
